SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
All Rapid Fire Retail products are made-to-order. Production time is typically
3-7 business days before your order ships. You'll receive a tracking email
once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard shipping: 3-7 business days after production.
Total timeline from order to delivery: typically 7-14 business days.

International Shipping
We ship to over 25 countries. International orders typically deliver in
7-21 business days after production. Customs duties, import taxes, and
fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the
shipping cost at checkout.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Allow 24-48 hours
for tracking to update after notification.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked delivered but missing, please contact your local
carrier first — most cases resolve within 48 hours. If unresolved, contact
us within 14 days of the marked delivery date.

For damaged items, email a clear photo of the damage along with your order
number within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at
checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
will require reshipment fees if returned to us.

Holiday & Peak Season
During November-December and major sale events, production and shipping
times may extend. Please order early to avoid disappointment.
